Whenever the Civil Service Commission provides any services, including but not limited to investigations and hearings on disciplinary charges, for political entities other than the City, the Civil Service Commission shall forward to the Director of Finance a statement of services performed for such authority and expenses incurred in performing such services. The Director shall secure full reimbursement for such expenses and services of the Civil Service Commission.
