Any employee in the classified service may be disciplined and penalized by the loss of vacation days or furlough days, or be suspended, demoted or removed and terminated for incompetency, inefficiency, dishonesty, immoral conduct, insubordination, discourteous treatment of the public, neglect of duty or violation of the Rules of the Civil Service Commission or the rules and regulations of the appointing authority, rules of the Department, orders of the Division or Department head and supervisors therein, or for acts of misfeasance, malfeasance or nonfeasance in office.
