(A) Any property owner who violates § 50.01, or any amendments hereafter adopted, or fails to comply with an order of the Village Council issued in accordance with the provisions of § 50.01, shall pay a civil penalty of $50 within ten days after he or she has been cited for violation of § 50.01. (B) Any plumber who violates § 50.02 shall pay a civil penalty of $50 within ten days after he or she has received notification thereof and shall be ineligible to have additional permits issued until all unpaid penalties have been paid in full to the village. (C) Upon the failure of any owner of improved property who has not subscribed to the village sewer system, which abuts a right-of-way in which has been installed and constructed a village-owned or operated sewer collection line, and who fails to pay a monthly availability fee within 60 days after being served with notice by the village or its agent to do so, as required in §§ 50.16 and 50.17, shall be subject to civil penalties in the General Court of Justice for the imposition of civil fines, the ordering of appropriate equitable relief, including injunction to compel such owner to pay a monthly availability fee, or a combination of such remedies.
