§ 50.02 PLUMBERS PROHIBITED FROM WORKING WITHOUT PERMIT.

No plumber shall connect property to the village sewer system without a permit issued by the village for that specific connection. If any person shall violate this section, he or she shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500, subject to the provisions in G.S. § 14-4.
