§ 50.16 PAYMENT OF AVAILABILITY FEE REQUIRED.
   The owners of all improved property within the boundaries of the village which is so located as to be served by the village-owned or operated sewage collection line, but who have not subscribed to the system, the same are hereby required to pay a monthly availability fee in the amount of $14.
