§ 50.17 FAILURE TO PAY AVAILABILITY FEE.

It shall be unlawful for any owner of improved property located so as to be served by the village- owned and operated sewer collection line who has not subscribed to the system and who fails to pay a monthly availability fee of $14 within 60 days of being so notified in writing by either the village or its agent.
