§ 98.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty set forth in § 10.99.
   (B)   Violation of § 98.005 is a misdemeanor and upon conviction a person shall be fined an amount not in excess of $500 for each offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm, corporation, agent or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of § 98.030 through 98.034 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person convicted of violating § 98.053 by not observing the restricted zone, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100. Should there be a second violation, the fine shall be the same, with the additional provision that any lake permit held by such person may be revoked.

   (E)   Any person, firm, corporation, agent, or employee thereof who violates any of the provisions of §§ 98.026, 98.027 or 98.202 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
   (F)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of § 98.074 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $500 for all violations. Each day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate offense.
   (G)   Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of § 98.502 shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense. Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
