(A) Upon the recommendation of the State Department of Health, a restricted zone is established within a 200-foot radius of the raw water intake on Lake Pat Cleburne. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter such restricted zone and all recreational activities shall be prohibited therein.
(B) There shall be buoys and signs marking the restricted area established in this section and signs setting out that a penalty will be imposed if such zone is violated.
