§ 98.074 OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLES PROHIBITED EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED AREAS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle in the Lake Pat Cleburne Reservoir Area except on a roadway or parking area designated for motor vehicles.
   (B)   The provisions of this section do not apply to a city employee in the performance of an official duty.
   (C)   For purposes of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      MOTOR VEHICLE. Every vehicle which is self-propelled.
      VEHICLE. Every device in, upon or by which any person or property is or may be transported upon a public highway, except devices moved by human power.
   (D)   All rights and remedies of the city are expressly saved as to any and all violations of the provisions of any other ordinances affecting conduct at Lake Pat Cleburne Reservoir which have accrued at the time of the effective date of this section; and, as to such accrued violations and all pending litigation, both civil and criminal, whether pending in court or not, under such ordinances same shall not be affected by this section but may be prosecuted until final disposition by the courts.
