(A) Splash Station admission fees are hereby established as follows:

(B) All new and returning lifeguards will be charged the market price as determined or modified periodically by the American Red Cross who governs their training certificates and subject materials required to perform lifeguarding duties.
(C) The City Manager shall be authorized to set or negotiate rates for groups, tournaments and special events, and to set other fees not otherwise specified.
