§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 95.01 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $200 or imprisoned in the town or county jail for any period not exceeding 90 days, or punished by both the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court trying the case.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate the provisions of § 95.02 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, for every offense, be punished by a fine of not less than $3 nor more than $10, or by imprisonment in the town jail for not less than 3 nor more than 10 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.

   (C)   Any person who shall violate any of the foregoing sections of § 95.03 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $25, or by imprisonment in the town or county jail for a period of not less than 5 days nor more than 30 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court trying the case, and each day that any obstructions hereby prohibited are allowed to remain upon or over the sidewalks or streets, in violation of § 95.03, shall constitute a separate and distinct offense and shall be subject to the penalties hereof.

   (D)   (1)   Violation of any section of § 95.20 shall constitute a separate and distinct offense from violation of any other section thereof.
      (2)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 95.20 shall be punished for each offense by a fine not to exceed $300, or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, in the discretion of the court.

   (E)   Any person violating § 95.35 shall be subject to citation into Municipal Court and upon conviction shall be fined up to $500 or imprisoned up to 90 days or both the fine and imprisonment. Each day that a violation exists constitutes a separate offense.

   (F)   Any person, company, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of §§ 95.36 through 95.45 or any section, clause or paragraph or any section of this subchapter, or who shall assist in any violation, shall for each and every violation be deemed guilty of violating §§ 95.36 through 95.45 and upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not less than $10 nor more than $100.
