Any person who shall skate upon or across any sidewalks or street crossing or who shall engage in any sport or play upon the sidewalk or street crossing within the Business District of the town shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall, for every offense, be punished by a fine as set forth in § 95.99.
