§ 95.01 PROHIBITING BREAKING, DESTROYING OR BREAKING DOWN GLOBES OF STREET LIGHTS.

Any person who shall deface, injure, destroy, break down or in any manner damage any globe or standard of any of the street lighting system of the town, or any part of either, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined as set forth in § 95.99.
