There is hereby established a Fire Service Appeals Board consisting of five members, one of whom shall be the Finance Director, one of whom shall be the Code Enforcement Supervisor, one of whom shall be the Fire Chief and the fourth shall be the Fire Inspector appointed by Council and the fifth shall be a resident appointed by Council. They shall serve at the will and pleasure of Council. The Board shall meet on or before the last day of January annually to elect a Chair and Vice Chair and otherwise as necessary to conduct public hearings of protests as provided in Section 957.08.
