480.07 PARKING FOR PURPOSES OF SALE, WASHING OR SERVICING.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon a roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (a)   Displaying it for sale; or
   (b)   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle, except for repairs that are ( necessitated by an emergency.
