Junk and Abandoned Vehicles

359.01 Definitions.

359.02 Leaving vehicles or vessels on private property without permission; impounding and reclamation.

359.03 Leaving vehicles or vessels on public property without

permission; impounding and reclamation.

359.04 Disposal of unclaimed vehicles or vessels.

359.05 Abandoned junk motor vehicle defined and disposition.
