1321.30 EXCEPTIONS TO PROJECTING SIGNS ABOVE PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   The provisions of Sections 1321.27 and 1321.28 shall not apply to signs constructed as an integral part on the sides of fireproof canopies, which have a clearance of twelve feet above the sidewalk provided such signs are constructed of metal material.
   No such sign shall at any point extend beyond the outer face of the canopy or exceed a height of six feet, measured from the lower facial line.
