1321.27 PROJECTION OVER PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No projecting sign shall be supported on public property.
   All projecting signs may extend into the line of any street, sidewalk, alley or other public thoroughfare from the face of the building or structure to which it is attached as follows:
   (a)    Electric signs may have a twelve foot extension over public property, with the inside edge of the sign not more than twenty-four inches from the street lot line.
   (b)    Glass box signs may have a four foot extension and be not more than thirty inches in height, measuring glass only.
   (c)    All other signs may have a four foot extension and be not more than eight feet in height.
