In addition to the nonrefundable license fee paid pursuant to Section 713.02, an application to conduct an exhibit or exhibition for pay of any circus performance, menagerie, carnival, tent show or similar transient show, performance or exhibition covered in Section 713.01, shall be accompanied by a security deposit of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) to insure that the area used is returned to the condition in which it was found, reasonable wear and tear excepted. The Engineering Department shall inspect for compliance and recommend to the Mayor what portion, if any, of the security deposit should be returned to the applicant. (Ord. 84-87. Passed 7-27-87.)
