713.01 LICENSE REQUIRED FOR NONCHARITABLE EXHIBITIONS.

No person shall, without first obtaining a license, as hereinafter provided, exhibit or manage or control the exhibition for pay within the City of any circus performance or any menagerie, carnival, tent show, or similar transient show, performance or exhibition for witnessing of which money or any other rewards in any manner is demanded or received.
