(a) No person, without privilege to do so, shall enter or remain on the rip-rap stone embankment to the City’s floodwall, as to which notice against unauthorized access or presence is given in a manner reasonably calculated to come to the attention of potential intruders.
(b) Strict liability is intended to be imposed by this section.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of floodwall embankment trespass, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
