(a) No person, excluding safety forces and parks employees in the performance of their duties, shall enter the waters or onto the ice of City Park lakes without written permission of the City Parks and Recreation Director or the posting authorized by the Director of a blue flag near the bank of the lake indicating ice is safe for skating in the restricted areas.
(b) The City is authorized to post notification signs for the public.
(c) Whoever violates subsection (a) hereof is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
