2-80-190 Consent decree – Update and public input.
   (a)   The Law Department shall provide a monthly written update to the Commission and to the City Council Committee on Police and Fire, or its successor committee, describing any court-ordered changes to the scope of the Consent Decree since the previous update, if there have been any such changes.
   (b)   Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to preclude the Commission or individual Commissioners from participating in the public input processes set forth in the Consent Decree.
