18-29-1003.4.1 Basin cover.
   The basin shall be covered with an all cast-iron cover or cast-iron lid in a stone or concrete ring and with a minimum opening of 16 inches (406 mm). The lid shall not be less than 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick.
