18-29-605.9 Prohibited joints and connections.
   The following types of joints and connections shall be prohibited:
   1.   Cement or concrete joints;
   2.   Joints made with fittings not approved for the specific installation;
   3.   Solvent-cement joints between different types of plastic pipe;
   4.   Saddle-type fittings;
   5.   Dresser couplings.
18-29-605.10 Flexible water connectors.
   Flexible water connectors exposed to continuous pressure shall conform to ASME A112.18.6/CSA B125.6. Access shall be provided to all flexible water connectors. Flexible water connectors for sink and lavatory faucets and water closets shall not exceed 30 inches (762 mm).
