15-28-1140 Construction of cereal, feed, flour, grist and starch mills.
   Every building, or part of a building, designed, erected, altered or converted for the purposes of a cereal mill, feed mill, flour mill, grist mill, or starch mill and in which more than 500 pounds of any cereal, feed, flour, grist, or starch is produced during any 24-hour period shall be of Type IA, IB, or IIA construction.
