15-28-920 Machinery used.
   Stamping, perforating and similar machines shall be equipped with a metal receptacle containing water for receiving waste material. Metal receptacles with automatic or self-closing covers shall be provided for nitrocellulose scraps and clippings, and said scraps and clippings shall be removed from the premises each evening and disposed of in a manner approved by the fire commissioner.
