Every room hereafter designed, erected, altered or converted for the purpose of heating asphalt, tar, pitch or resin by means of direct heat shall have an enclosure of not less than two-hour fire-resistive construction. Every doorway in any such room shall have a sill of six inches in height. Every inside doorway connecting any such room with another such room shall be provided with a 1-hour-rated fire door.
