15-26-800 Chlorine gas.
   The sale, storage, use or handling of chlorine gas is hereby prohibited within the limits of the city unless chlorine gas is stored in buildings constructed and maintained in accordance with this Code in containers constructed in compliance with the United States Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
   No combustible material of any kind shall be placed or kept in any room or building used for the storage of chlorine gas.
