15-4-930 Where restricted.

   Smoking or the carrying of a lighted cigar, pipe or cigarette is prohibited:

   (a)   In every Group H occupancy;

   (b)   In every Group I occupancy except in the administration office on the first floor and in rooms designated as smoking rooms;

   (c)   In every theater except in rooms designated as smoking rooms;

   (d)   In every church, school, garage or hangar;

   (e)   In every building or premises occupied as a circus, stock show or horse show; also in every Group A occupancy where the combustible nature and quantity of contents are, in the opinion of the Fire Commissioner, hazardous to life and property from fire;

   (f)   For additional restrictions on smoking, see Section 7-32-010.

   (g)   In every lumberyard or lumber storehouse except in specific location designated as safe for smoking purposes.
