14R-4-409 Light and ventilation.
The following language shall be inserted as a new Section 409:
"409 LIGHT AND VENTILATION
409.1 General.
Existing means of providing natural light and ventilation in occupancies where provisions for natural light and ventilation are required by the Chicago Building Code undergoing repair shall not make the building less complying than it was before the damage occurred."
