11-12-710 Termination.
   All rights and privileges of the applicant to receive such water supply and service may be terminated by the Mayor in the Mayor's discretion, and may be terminated by the Commissioner at any time upon the neglect of or refusal to comply with any provision of this Chapter applicable to such service.
