10-20-410 Permit application – Insurance required.
   No use of public way permit for a driveway shall be issued until a written application for such permit has been made by the owner or, with the consent of the owner, by a long-term leaseholder of the property to which the proposed driveway is to be connected, and such application and proof of insurance has been filed with the commissioner in conformity with section 10-20-415.
