9-88-030 Disposal of traffic or parking notices, complaints and records.
   It shall be unlawful and official misconduct for any police officer, traffic control aide or other officer or public employee to dispose of a traffic or parking or compliance violation notice or copies thereof, a traffic or parking or compliance violation complaint, or the record of the issuance of a traffic or parking or compliance violation notice in a manner other than as required in the traffic code.
