A permit issued under Section 9-68-070 shall be no less than five inches by eight inches, and shall indicate the following: the name of the person to whom the permit is issued; the state license number of the subject vehicle; the class and location category of the permit; the expiration date of the permit; and a description of the parking allowed pursuant to the permit.
