7-50-090 Contracts with wireless carriers.
   The director is authorized to enter into a contract with any wireless carrier for collection of the fee imposed by this chapter. In the event that a contract is entered into with a wireless carrier, the requirements contained in subsection 7-50-030(A) of this chapter shall not apply to that wireless carrier.
