All fires within the premises under gas shall be put out whenever a flammable gas is used. For the purpose of this chapter, the Commissioner of Public Health shall designate upon request whether the gas to be used shall be regarded as flammable or nonflammable. The exterminator shall notify the Fire Department of any rooms, building or structure other than approved vaults which are placed under hydrocyanic acid or other dangerous gas fumigation.
