7-20-040 Information to venereally diseased person.
   It shall be the duty of every physician or other person who treats a person infected with syphilis, gonorrhea, or chancroid to give to such person at the first examination a circular of information and advice furnished by the Department of Public Health concerning venereal diseases and a copy of those sections of this chapter dealing with venereal disease, and to report thereafter to the Department of Public Health that such diseased person has received the two documents herein specified.
