7-20-010 Contagious, epidemic, or communicable disease defined.
   "Contagious, epidemic, or communicable disease" means any of the following: cholera, yellow fever, diphtheria, scarlet fever, typhus, typhoid fever, small pox, varioloid, puerperal fever, membranous croup, measles, whooping cough, tuberculosis, influenza, pneumonia, cerebrospinal fever, septic sore throat, syphilis, gonorrhea, chancroid, or any grades of these diseases, and any other disease designated by the Commissioner of Public Health as contagious, epidemic, or communicable.
