7-16-190 Violation – Penalty.
   Any person who violates, or who resists the enforcement of, any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $200.00 nor more than $1,000.00 for each offense, and a separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each and every day on which any such person shall be guilty of such violation.
