7-16-100 Burial and cremation permits.
   The Illinois Vital Records Act, as well as all rules and regulations promulgated and amended from time to time by the Illinois Department of Public Health under authority of that Act, governs as to death certificates and permits to transport, bury, entomb, disinter and dispose of dead bodies.
