5-20-060 Penalties.
   Any person who violates, or who impedes the enforcement, of any of the sections of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00. For purposes of assessing penalties under this section, a separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each and every day on which any person shall be guilty of such violation.
