Any person engaged in the furnishing or supplying of gas for consumption in the city to any residential consumer shall be required during the calendar months of November, December, January, February and March, to reconnect and institute services or reinstate the supply of gas to those residential consumers who tender 25 percent of their outstanding gas bill or $200.00, whichever is less, to the company, or any lesser amount agreed upon by the company and the consumer.
Any person engaged in the furnishing or supplying of gas for consumption in the city to any master-metered residential consumer shall be required, during the calendar months of November, December, January, February and March, to reconnect and reinstitute services or reinstitute the supply of gas to those master- metered residential buildings whose owner(s) tender 25 percent of their outstanding gas bill to the company or any lesser amount agreed upon by the company and owner(s) involved.
