4-336-040 License – Fee – Term.
   (a)   The fee for a plumbing contractor license shall be $150.00 for the first year.
   (b)   A licensed plumbing contractor may renew its license upon the payment of a renewal fee of $150.00. In addition to the renewal fee, the fee for reinstatement of a lapsed registration shall be $100.00.
   (c)   An initial license or renewal license issued under this chapter shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
