4-298-140 License fees.

   A.   [Reserved.]

   B.   The fee for an original supervising elevator mechanic’s license shall be $300.00. The fee for renewal shall be $150.00 for each year the license is in effect. The license may be renewed upon payment of the required fee prior to or within thirty days after the expiration of a valid license.

   C.   Licenses which have been expired more than thirty days but less than two years may be reinstated upon payment of a $50.00 per year reinstatement fee in addition to the required renewal fee.

   D.   Licenses which have been expired more than two years must reapply under the provisions contained in Sections 4-298-060 through 4-298-100.
