The fee for registration as an elevator mechanic contractor shall be $150.00 for each year the registration is valid, which sum shall be paid by the applicant to the Department of Finance in advance upon filing the application. The renewal fee for such registration shall be $150.00. Any change in the information, including company name, ownership information, and/or change of supervising elevator mechanic, shall require an amended registration. The fee for such amended registration shall be $35.00.
