4-240-120 Display of weapons restricted.
   No such licensee shall show, display or exhibit any bowie knife, dirk or other weapon of like character which can be concealed on the person, in any show window or in or on any premises immediately abutting upon any public way in the city in such a way that the same may be seen from such public way.
