In all public garage – not enclosed garages, the location of service buildings on the premises shall meet the requirements of this Code. Whenever the capacity of such a garage has been reached, the owner or operator thereof shall immediately post a notice in a conspicuous place on the entry side of the garage where it will be clearly visible to drivers of motor vehicles in the abutting street, indicating that no more space is available in the garage. Such owner or operator shall also post and maintain permanently a sign, similarly visible, indicating the charges for parking therein.
