4-212-060 Violation – Penalty.
   Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter or any rule or regulation duly promulgated thereunder shall be fined not less than $200.00 nor more than $500.00 for each offense. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
