4-152-020 License – Required.
   No person shall operate or conduct any wholesale drug, chemical or paint store without first having obtained a limited business license.
   In addition to a limited business license, a hazardous materials license shall be obtained, if required by Section 4-6-210, in conformity with the requirements of such section before a person may operate or conduct any wholesale drug, chemical or paint store.
